I have been designing User Interfaces for over 13 years. It's important to know that this is part of the UX workflow that follows the strategy, scope, structure and skeleton phases of a project. There are times though when clients have needed a mock up for a pitch or an idea of what their site could look like, but ideally the design phase is further on in the workflow.
When designing I use grid systems to structure the horizontal and vertical content of the page while embracing vertical rhythm so the content aligns nicely as a user moves through the content. It's important for the design to 'breathe'.
I have a strong interest in colour theory and use the 60-30-10 rule when putting colour schemes together.
I have designed for many companies and corporations, small and large across many different sectors across all devices, formats and areas of a business including: Digital, marketing, SEO, advertising, brand and offline print content.
